Alongside my clinical work at Medical Aesthetics Kent, I am also the founder of The Complications Consultant and the Aesthetics Growth System — a nationally recognised education, safety and support platform for aesthetic practitioners.
In this role, I support thousands of injectors across the UK, helping them build safe, ethical and compliant practices, with a strong emphasis on client safety, complication prevention and professional standards.
I work in partnership with leading industry organisations including InSynC Insurance, Faces Consent, and Wimpole Pharmacy, ensuring practitioners are educated, insured, supported and working to the highest standards.
This means my experience extends far beyond routine treatments. I am deeply involved in:
Managing and advising on complications
Supporting practitioners through high-risk scenarios
Teaching safe, ethical decision-making
Raising standards across the aesthetics industry
